Yes this whole outfit really is from Penneys/Primark. I love this dress and think the tan boots and bag compliment it really well. The gold accessories finish the look off. It was a lovely sunny day when i wore this yesterday so i bared my legs and was lucky enough it didnt rain. When i was in town i popped into Urban Outfitters and picked up an oversized shirt from their urban renewal section. Watch out for it in an upcoming OOTD.
